CAPABILITIES

Our extensive variety of precise machines enables us to offer advanced CNC machining solutions using both 5-axis and 3-axis milling machines, as well as 2-axis turning machines, automated saws, and other various specialized tools. This diverse range of equipment allows us to effectively produce highly precise parts from a wide array of raw materials, ensuring high-quality results that meet our customers' exact specifications.
This advanced machinery enables us to efficiently produce parts out of a wide range of various materials, including several different sorts of steel, such as stainless steel, as well as metals like copper, bronze, and brass. Additionally, we work with various plastics, including but not limited to PU, PA, PEEK, and several other materials, allowing for versatile applications and designs to meet diverse needs.
Our advanced manufacturing processes ensure a high level of precision in dimensions, achieving remarkable accuracy up to 0.01mm. In addition, we maintain a superior surface finish quality, reaching a Ra value of 0.2
The current limits of our machines allow us to efficiently offer the manufacturing of cylindrical parts with a maximum diameter of 300mm and a height of 500mm. Additionally, we can produce prismatic parts with dimensions measuring 500mm x 500mm x 400mm, ensuring high-quality results that meet the necessary specifications.
We are specialised in the prototype and small series production of high precision parts that cater to the specific needs of various industries, including automotive, chemical, mining, and aerospace sectors. Our focus is on delivering exceptional quality and performance in every component we produce.
